The third chapter developed Wakaba and Maika into completely willing sluts, not even thinking about why they gave themselves to Nashida in the first place, they just enjoy it by then; however, the fourth chapter here tries to backtrack a little on their degeneration with making both girls appear a little more guilty again to be still doing this; Nashida actually followed Wakaba and Shuuichi for their date, with the absurd notion that he has to keep tabs on irregular relations between students beyond school grounds, Wakaba didn’t expect that and pleaded for Nashida not to ruin her date, being told by Shuuichi she has changed a lot seems to have weighted more on her guilt, hence Wakaba’s teary expression.

With Maika she is more willing still but getting caught by Shouta breaks her, as she tries to exasperatedly claim this is not what it looks like, which makes Nashida confirm his blackmail is very much up, Maika better lay with him or Shouta (and everyone else) gets suspended, that’s where Nashida gaslights Shouta by saying this is all his fault, he dared to break school rules on boys and girls mingling on the dorm now Maika has to pay the price, and now that Shouta caught them Nashida is bold enough to demand Shouta masturbate to him doing Maika like a good cuck or else he is going to get suspended anyway, Shouta stops blaming Maika and does what he is told; both in tears Maika and Shouta swear their love to each other, THE END.

Dunno what went through Nibo Niboshi’s mind to portray Wakaba and Maika back to how they used to be in the 2 first two chapters, maybe he didn’t think the girls being completely willing to be under Nashida’s thumb made a compelling netorare scenario anymore, if they have no guilt then there’s no more tension I guess.
