Yeah, Yuusuke gets some payback for the extra in this Soushuuhen…

The original ending was Yuusuke getting his just desserts since he ended up becoming a NTRman himself who pushed his frustrations over having no girlfriend to unload his stressful work life on his stepmother Yukie, stealing her from his father, and finally taking his stepsis Himari for himself, but Yuusuke got too cheeky with his wedding play at the end, his father caught him in the act, Yuusuke got disowned and kicked away from home, his grip on Yukie and Himari wasn’t honest nor lasting since both of them didn’t even see Yuusuke off when he moved out; in the end he could only look at the schoolgirls passing by, they look cute but a desolate Yuusuke remarked he doesn’t feel anything for them anymore… THE END.

Now the extra in this Soushuuhen shows Yuusuke went on to target Daichi’s girlfriend, yes he reasons that by hurting this girl and showing it to Diachi it will be a proper payback for what Daichi did to Himari at the start of the series, thus Yuusuke violates the girl and Daichi gets the video, the guy is completely lost, why, how is this happening, Daichi doesn’t even understand what is going on, he never even registered what he did to Himari nor he knows who Yuusuke is, a surprise vengeance Daichi can only despair as he asks why… THE END.

Looks like Yahiro decided to leave no feathers unruffled, if Yuusuke got punished for becoming a bad dude himself then leaving Daichi, the original bad guy, untouched didn’t seem right to Yahiro I presume, might as well give him his dues too in the new extras.

I guess Yuusuke at the end he somehow "scored" a girl for himself lol. I might be overthinking this but her design looks like a mix of Himari and her mother.
