@derangedberger I use Daz Studio for character models, and import them into Blender for fine tuning (very hard to do details like labia stretching/clit pinching in Daz, which makes it difficult to do direct vertex manipulation. Also, Blender has better lighting and camera controls, the capacity for features like motion blur, and the ability to easily add 'devices' that I model myself such as the labia crusher or whatever). After I make the images, I use GIMP 2 to edit out any fuckups that I didn't catch, as due to the nature of my workflow it can be difficult to 'recreate' a scene, as the models are constantly moving and being edited (quick example - on Page 62, her clit ring is actually copied from Page 61, since I had moved it higher for another shot earlier and forgot to move it back. You can tell because in Page 62, the pliers are not reflected in the metal of her piercing). Finally, I use Comic Life 3 to create the word bubbles.
If you have any questions about specifics, I'd be happy to discuss. I'm a bit swamped with work currently, but message me on Pixiv (I check there most often of all my platforms) and I'll answer to the best of my ability. I really like my hobby, and would enjoy 'infecting' others with it XD.
