^ There is no "tranny" gender option, so she is marked as "shemale" as a stand in for "transgender female" instead. This is how other transgender characters Funkybun has created are labelled in the tags on other comics.

group: trans is not the correct tag. Group tags are for named artist groups, not groups of characters. Also, piercings and nipple piercings should not be mistaken for clamps, which have their own tag. Though I wish there were more specific tags for frenum rings and nipple clamps.
