@Moglos It's Japanese doujinshi so their release is censored, sadly... This isn't from a digital release of the media, so we don't have access to anything besides this physical scan of the booklet I'm working from.

UPDATE 1: I've been sitting on pages 14-18 for a while now and felt bad about that. The pace I edit this at keeps on slowing down. So I broke, and here they are.
I'm going to try getting myself to lower my own pressure to put tons of effort into making pages 19-30 as good as before so we can get to 31-47 faster.
Those dialogue pages take MUCH more work than pages 1-10 did when I photoshop the transparent speech bubbles and typset to the same standard.
UPDATE 2: I checked Yamato's X account and he posted on April that he's selling a Digital version of this. He also sometimes posts translations of his shorter works, but hasn't yet for something this long. I'm not going to share the digital version here while it's still for sale. I might transfer the text that I've done, later. I'll have to re-photoshop the non-white speech bubbles if I do.
UPDATE 3: Big bundle of pages. Had extra time this week so I churned them out. Fixed Erin Modzuya's surname to Mojiya since I read the katakana wrong before. Also now includes the pun from the original about her name: "Mojya Mojya" = "shaggy thing". Wasn't going to try doing the pun, then literally this week I came up with Mangy Mojiya, which is perfect! Changes made to pg. 8, 15, 16, and 18. There will not be another update until the translation is completely done.

This is like the incel version of those 90s movies where the guy doesn't notice the girl until she gets a makeover. But in this case the guy actively bullies and hates the girl and calls her ugly and creepy, but she loves him for his "personality" (which is apparently getting so jealous of everyone around him that he starts fights with them while they're in the middle of fucking, then goes to every other girl and begs them for sex). Girl really picked a winner there!

@Cloudrunner Translating ahead, yeah Natsushu is a big ass for most of this comic. Erin reveals she has the hots for him because he saved her once from the rapists who'd gone after Amy. He does say some good self-reflective lines later on page 36 as Erin spreads for him: "If I take her now that proves I'm doing a 180 solely because of her appearance. The honorable thing is to not do this." But he totally doesn't deserve Erin despite that. He's impulsive and aggressive. His first reaction when he figures out makeover-Mojiya is Erin is yelling at her to get away from him, on pg. 27.
