The problem with something like this is that it's entirely focused on the cuck's perspective. I mean, it's pure Netorare, so the whole point it to feel that gut punch together with the MC, but I would much rather see things from Saya's perspective as well as know what she's thinking in that last panel. Does she even still want her boyfriend? No idea.
