Did you seriously translate パイスラ as two different words on the same page? Not to mention the english equivalent of the slang used is not even boob slash, it is seatbelt cleavage.....
i didn't know that was already a slang for パイスラ, i search what is and i translate to boobslash, for the reason why i use bobcut is because the girl say it in hiragana, implying she doesn't know what that is either, to make a pun with that too, english isn't my first language and i still learning Japanese, thank you for your observations though
No offence, but if you are still learning, don't try to translate into a language that is not your mother tongue. Also for slang check resources like urban dictionary, that's what I did. Saw the definition of パイスラ, went to urban and searched for seatbelt as it is a vital part of the term and likely to have less related terms than boobs or other synonyms. Scrolled down to related words and checked for English slang with the same meaning as パイスラ. In this case there are two, seatbelt cleavage which feels like it fits fairly well given the relative age of the characters, or seatbelt boobie which while having the same meaning implies a far less mature feeling.
As for the implication that she is questioning the meaning of the slang used, a simple question mark suffices instead of taking liberties to add a nonsense joke that was never present. For added emphasis though you could wrap the term in quotes. For example ”What are you talking about? "Seatbelt Cleavage"?" The use of quotes around the term implies that she is repeating the word verbatim without knowing what it means and is thus seeking clarification.
