@kotarin: This manga seems to be heavily influenced by the film 'Past Lives.' The parallels are uncanny:

2. Girl has to move away.
3. Girl gets married to another man when she's an adult.
4. Boy-girl childhood friends reunite as adults and reminisce over drinks.

The differences between the film and the manga are cosmetic in that the manga plays out a hentai trope, as opposed to the more poignant and respectful tone of the film.
