Reyn, a high-ranking adventurer of Silver rank, possesses a hidden skill known as "Fortunate Deviance." This ability allows him to turn dangerous situations into favorable outcomes through intimate interactions with women.

This time, he willingly accepts a task to guide a novice cleric, Serena, through real combat training. Serena is working hard to advance from a junior cleric to an intermediate one, a process that requires her to gain actual battle experience.

From their first meeting at the guild, the two begin working together. Reyn, with a gentle yet dependable demeanor like that of an older brother, leads the serious but somewhat inexperienced cleric. Serena gradually develops a sense of closeness toward him, feeling as though she has a reliable older brother guiding her.

After escorting Serena back to her dormitory, Reyn leaves ahead of her. The real joint mission is set to begin the following day.

That night, Serena experiences an unfamiliar heat rising within her body for the first time. The sensation is both strange and intense, filling her with a sense of guilt and shame. Chapter 3:

The next morning, as the bell tolled, she carefully put on her familiar yet solemn clerical attire once more—the veil, the holy emblem, the stockings, and the staff that would accompany her on the road.

Kneeling in the sunlight that poured into the room, she whispered a prayer: “May the Holy Light guide my steps… and grant me the courage to protect those who walk beside me.”

This was the first time she truly left the temple and stepped beyond the city gates. The gates were taller than she had imagined, and the sunlight brighter still. Gripping her staff tightly, she walked step by step toward a world that was both unfamiliar and full of anticipation.

Outside the city gates, Reyn was already waiting. Other adventurers greeted him with playful remarks, while Serena silently told herself, “Stay calm… it’s only the first mission.”

A bird flew past her shoulder, heading toward distant lands she had never seen. The world was far broader than she had imagined. And Serena’s first adventure was only just beginning.
