If you want to encourage human translators to pick up something for you, I think the best thing you can do is post a well-edited textless version of the gallery. Or pay for it. You could always pay someone to do the work for you (or so you'd think, but I've seen gallery comments about translators refusing commissions for things that already had MTL versions up).

Better yet, you could volunteer to edit for existing translators/groups.
