This is an official book of Queen's Blade. So this is not a doujinshi, but a shougyoushi (商業誌、しょうぎょうし).

Other official artbooks for other anime series have been classed as "manga". If the artbook is not official, then they've been classed as doujinshi. Since this is an officially released artbook, it should not be classed as a doujin.
