I've posted this question on a few other posts, but I'm hoping someone will see it here since this is high up on trending, but I'm a complete noob, and when I downloaded them and they are all still pics. Am I missing some step here?

@H0rnyG3ngar You need to download the file as a webp file and have a supported image viewer that displays webp animations. Normally opening through any web browser should work but no clue about browsability there when working with bulk of such files. I use nomacs as the image viewer in windows and it works.
