More AI slop from an "Artist". Any reason you posted this twice without even labeling as AI as required on this site?

I love how AI "artists" are advertising their whole Patreons and whatnot as if the whole idea behind AI isn't just "Hey everyone can do this, you just type a prompt and bam"

Why the fuck would I pay you for something I can just type in myself, my dude.

f you think it just boils down to typing 'Generate a masterpiece', we're way off base.

Go ahead, take any AI of your choice and try to output a single coherent comic page with consistent characters, stable proportions, the right poses, camera angles, and facial expressions, all serving a joke or a narrative, without the character's face completely changing from one panel to the next.

Between the back-and-forth in Krita to fix weird anomalies, repaintings, img2img injections, consistency controls (like ControlNet, LoRA, etc.), and speech bubble placement, it takes hours of work. It's not just 'typing a prompt'; it's case-by-case staging and layout. The panels are laid out by hand, and the text is written and placed by hand too.

I hate 2-second unedited batch generations just as much as you do. But telling a real story, putting waifus into custom situations nobody's done before, and managing to keep a narrative thread going takes a crazy amount of time and imagination.

I don't claim to be a 'traditional artist' (even though my pencil stroke for Ditto's face practically belongs on the UNESCO World Heritage list), but AI just gave me the brushes I never had the time to learn how to handle.

But my goal isn't to make you change your mind, just to explain that this AI tool doesn't work quite the way you thought it did.
