ComfyUI is the most simple program to generate image. Ask google AI how to download and set it up. You can also search youtube for some guides of simple starting AI text to image generation setup.
Then download the necessary model and lora from civitai.red (site for adult models and loras) and you're good to go.
What are they, you ask? Models are the frame of drawing (2D, 3D, anime...), and loras are the drawing style and fleshy details of the picture you would want to generate, ranging from artist drawing style (Iwao, Aster Crowley...) to specific parts drawing style (eyes, breasts, pussy, etc...).
Not considering the download time, you'll only need one to two hours of trying and you can generate the pictures you want.
Here's a simple hint: comfyui uses danbooru hints, so if you're familiar with it, you'll create images more easy.
Or you can write a descriptive text of the image you want, then ask grok.com to help you translate it into comfyui-oriented prompts. You might even ask Grok to help you about the appropriate settings, especially if you use more than 1 lora. Remember to tell Grok to search online for similar prompts and then double-check to avoid obvious AI made-up faulty results.
Mind you: not all hentai artist's drawing style is suitable for AI generating hentai images. When you start doing this, you'll notice how talented some hentai artists really are, making a normally not-so-erotic drawing style into very erotic pictures.
