If I remember correctly they were dealing with isekai-ed hero special items and people trying to collect those, like the money mallet and the soul transfer amulet. You'd expect a significant miniority of those items to be fetishy. I can definitely see them encountering one of that swaps genders, a la the D&D girdle of masculinity / femininity. But more fun is if they fell afoul of someone using a characteristic-stealing item. The guy is figuring he'll steal masculinity from a bunch of guys who weren't really using it (Kazuma's a guile hero, not a tank), to make himself buff enough to fight evil. Dresses like a refugee from Eternia.

Regardless of why, the jokes write themselves.
Megumin: Excalibur is missing?
Darkness: If you retrace your steps you might remember where you left it. Kazuma: It's not a wallet! Wait, that might work.
Kazuma: I have my pride as a man! Aqua: Where are you keeping that now?
Someone: I know how that is, I'd forget my head if it wasn't attached. Kazuma: It WAS attached!
Breast envy jokes. Arguing whether Megumin is flatter or not. Maybe Kazuma making Lucky Star references that nobody else gets, or that could be the thing that outs another isekai-ed hero (he replies to a line with another line, and then realizes when he just did). Maybe they separate the item from its user and play keep-away, multiple characters being briefly radically transformed (maybe with JoJo posing).

This series has so much potential. It's an isekai, which is already a lot to work with, but as a comedy it gets to play with all the tropes. Permission to be silly. A lot of the problems in the real world stem from people taking themselves too seriously.
