Interesting stuff, I didn't know this at all.
I just had the booklet from a gamerip and used gswin64c.exe in Powershell to convert it into images. The first try I used a DPI of 600 which created images of 24000 x 34000 pixels, which was fun but unfortunately too large for e-hentai. So I tuned it down to what I have here.
Anyways, Feel free to expunge it, I would if I had the moderation score as well.

而是想提醒你, 图片的分辨率不是越大越好, pdf里的图片要用"提取", 而不是"转换". 你可以把pdf想象成压缩包, 只需要用适当的工具(例如poppler)解开这个包, 即可拿出里面的原始图片
