The first three pictures show utter ignorance for how bras/breast sizes are measured. How can you be this obsessed and not understand that part? If the boobs get bigger, the letter goes up. If the ribs get bigger, the number goes up.
The number is centimeters around the chest BELOW the boobs. The letter is ~1" (2.5cm) more around/over the boob/bust than chest for every letter of the alphabet - A starts at ~4" (10cm) bigger bust than chest. The system is terrible, especially for big breasts since boobs are not perfectly perky and the circumference difference does not account well for sagginess.
B70 is smallish boobs, small chest. American A cup. E70 is big boobs, small chest. About an American DD. Compare to girl 2's starting size.
B89 is tiny boobs, man chest. As a 170 pound dad bod, this is my measurements. Think George Costanza. Nothing like the pictured girl. B135 is "what boobs?" - 50" rib cage, 55" pecs/boobs. Think Steve Reeves, classic body builder on a bulk so his chest is a bit flabby.
While a lot of people don't understand how bras work, that's not what happened here. The B is short for bust, lil' homie, not cup size. When the Japanese talk about the "3 sizes", they list them as B ### W ### H ### - Bust, Waist, Hips. So yes, each picture is simply showing the bust measurement (which would actually represent cup size), not the band measurement.
