One of the official club magazines / doujins circulated by and for the members of the circle Cipher / CIPHER. Published originally on September 1, 1977, the work also coincided in the death of Tatsunoko Pro leader Tatsuo Yoshida, whereas a condolence letter is attached in the back.

This particular version was reprinted and re-circulated on December 1st of that same year for Comiket 7 on the 7th (Ōta City Industrial Building (大田区産業会館) for recruitment purposes. Mayumi Sekine, who would go on to start the Sekine Hair Association Executive Committee or Apersons by the 1980s, collaborated with various artists in this issue. Yū Asagiri (Takano Yuriko) publishes the first work in this volume alongside two other artists, however, their work cannot be identified by myself at the moment. Yū Asagiri mentioned in one of her surviving diaries at a retrospective exhibition to have been a part of this group - the artstyle is readily identifiable.

All parodies reference 70s Tatsunoko works such as Hurricane Polymar, Gatchaman, Casshern, Time Bokan etc. There are a few light BL / yaoi references as well.
