Thus the warning is so no one feels they got Bait and Switched I presume, because this first part here is completely netorare free, reads like a completely romantic story of Shota Sato and Yuzuki Minase growing close and becoming a couple over the course one year, Shota goes to a comiket and finds out Yuzuki is a ero artist, curiously she is like a Out Type stand-in as past works are shown on her desk, so that irony should have been a red flag for Shota, but 99% of this story is completely romantic, no ominous hints, that is till the final pages drop as Yuzuki is preparing to go to another comiket...

The real red flag is the end, turns out Yuzuki and Shota's classmate, Yuzuki's girl friend (yet unnamed) gets up from bed late for a certain upcoming event, her hunk of a boyfriend Kyoya is being told he will accompany her to said event, Kyoya is horny and wouild rather get some morning tail instead, THE END.

I assume Kyoya will be Yuzuki's downfall, the event Yuzuki's girl friend is rushing to go after getting up late is probably the very comiket Yuzuki is participating, she will take her man there and things will derail from there.

Well then, the author is kind enough to warn this will become netorare as it goes, I respect that honesty, even if it is using a normal romance story at first to then trample on later. Bait and Switchers like Harusawa should take notes on that honesty.
