It's not clear what this uploader is trying to accomplish. I was downvoted when I suggested it's the artist himself trying to fish for subscribers. That is, upload low-res versions of your work, and if people like what they see, they'll throw a few dollars your way. The dollars add up. But e-hentai shouldn't be the place for this.
