Story by the commissioner:

Walking around within the city was Yuki who was checking her phone and smiling as her cute little wolf charm on the end was dangling. Course she had her pendant in her pocket in case of anything happening and needed to change at a moment's notice. Little did she realize that it would be now as there were not only one but two loud explosions that came from the bank she had just passed by. Turning around she saw the innocent civilians running away from the bank and headed in that same direction, coughing a bit from the smoke, and used her hand to clear it a little bit away from her head. Once she did she saw a white shark girl and gripped her pendant from her pocket to transform into mew Yuki, yelling at the shark afterward, “Stop right here and put everything you’re taking back into the bank!”

The shark who was wearing a western cowgirl outfit looked at the transformed heroine while her henchman was carrying bags of money out of the bank and into the getaway van. She meanwhile dropped the bag and place her hand on her hip with a smirk. “Well well well, what a pleasant surprise to see you here pup." She said with a toothy grin while the henchmen were waiting in the van.

Yuki's eyes narrowed as she looked over at the goons who were grabbing the rest of the bags. "Jessie, you know that I would show up if some crime is happening in the city to stop it from succeeding. Though I’m feeling generous and will let you go if the money is put back.” As she pulled her little bow and arrow out which was ready to fire.

Jessie sighed and shook her head. "That overconfidence of yours is going to be your downfall as it’ll be a different result today dear.” She said as she loaded her peacemaker with something black and shiny in the magazine. “I’m sure you’ll love the surprise that I brought for you to enjoy.”

“To bad that this is going to end quickly for you Jessie!" as she shot her arrow that was sparking in a glowing light blue which was heading right to the shark's chest.

Jessie only smirked as she dodged the incoming arrow and quickdraw her peacemaker, firing off three shots before quickly reloading her weapon. Yuki wasn’t surprised that her arrow was dodged and was able to dodge the first two shots. Though the third shot hit her right thigh since it was placed perfectly. What the mew expected was some sort of stinging sensation that would hurt her but instead, it exploded into a blue latex goo which was wrapped around both her thighs, looking down to see it happening with a squeal. “Ack! What is this stuff you shot at me!!” As she was doing her best to keep her thighs separated while rapidly firing off a few more arrows with deadly accuracy.

The shark smirked and did a windmill to dodge the arrows and took her time to aim her gun at Yuki’s arms and chest, shooting four times as she gave a little explanation with a grin. "Oh, it's just a new prototype of a bullet for someone like you that I want to capture instead of killing. Doesn't it feel nice on your body my little mew?"

After Yuki fired her shots her hands shot down to the blue glossy goo that was at her thighs and tugged at them, wanting to move around freely again. Though she didn’t know that they missed and Jessie returned fire and had three of the four hit her with the last one just missing her snout by an inch, feeling the air of the blue gooey bullets. "N-no…it doesn't…mmmpphh…aaahhh!!”

The western shark girl was observing the wolfess, knowing that she was lying as two of the bullets exploded and had the goo slowly encase her upper and lower arms. They left her breasts free but squeezed them to make them puff out in front while the third one hit her ankles and pulled her ankles together, leaving her only the option to hop around. Jessie could only laugh seeing how helplessly bound Yuki was in the blue goo. “Silly little heroine, you thought that I was kidding when I told you this would end differently today. Especially since you also thought that I wanted this flimsy paper money but all I wanted today was you. The explosion and such in this specific part of the city would draw you here.”

Yuki had to process everything that Jessie was telling her and her eyes widen, accepting that it was all true and made perfect sense. With that, she had to get away and hopefully get some help. So she was hopping away to try herself time and somehow get herself free of this sticky blue goo. Jessie looked over her gun and saw that she had three more bullets left in her magazine as she made her way to the hopping heroine who had tripped to the ground from one of the hops, landing on her side before rolling to her back. The shark looked at the mew mew up and down with a gloating grin. "Oh Mew Yuki…I was expecting much more from you but no matter, it's now time to claim you as my precious prize that I'm going to enjoy so very much.”

“I’m no one's prize, especially your Jessie. Now let me go from this!" As she wiggled and squirmed in her binds that weren't loosening up but only seemed to get tighter and squeak with her breasts that were being squeezed above and below jiggling.

She chuckled at this. “Keep fighting it if you wish my dear, but you're already mine to take, this goo isn't going to let you go unless I give a voice command to do so...and seeing how much of a bad girl you are, I don't feel like it sooo...let's prepare you to the journey my dear” As the shark knelt down by Yuki while pulling out a bigger black ball of goo that shined like latex in her hand and pressed it on Yuki’s belly, stepping back to watch the wolfess get covered in the sticky black goo over top the blue tight goo which was much thicker again but all the way from her paw to the tip of her ears, leaving her to only muffledly grunt and wiggle on the ground blindly. The shark smirked in victory. "That's a good pup, wiggle, and moan for me as I do enjoy hearing the helpless cries and grunts from the girls I capture."

With that, the shark reached down and grabbed Yuki by the waist and then toss her over her shoulder as begin to walk to her own vehicle, placing the wolfess into the trunk and looking over her one last time. “You probably think where are the police? Well, when you can give some high people some well-placed bribes...it can do wonders...now we'll head to my hideout and have some fun. But while we're heading there…” she trailed off and placed a wand against Yuki's crotch, tucking it tightly in place and turning it on just enough to tease Yuki. “At least you’ll be able to enjoy yourself my dear back to my hideout but not enough to get off.”

Yuki didn't want to give the shark any satisfaction in capturing her and calling her a pup only angered her, wasting precious energy that could have been saved. It did nothing to the black goo that gave her a seamless and shiny look as she was carried away on Jessie's shoulder. Hearing her gloat and celebrating her victory had her keep trying to get free from her inescapable bondage. When she did mention the police she did wonder why they didn't come to back her up. Course anything the police love more than being heros was money to stuff their pockets with. She gave a loud muffled scream at that before feeling something tucked into her crotch which she assumed was a wand with how the head was shaped and personal and private experiences. Her head shot back once it was turned on but was only a soft annoying tease to bug her, now trying to get off from the low power after a minute of it being on. She tried to get her to turn it up higher and begged with her muffled whimpers.

Just as Jessie was about to close the back of the van she heard the encased heroine struggling hard and turned around. "Awww you want it higher dear? Well, you need to beg for it~" she said with another toothy grin as placed her finger on the wand's button but just out of reach so the wolf can't trick and turn it on higher using her finger "Beg then little pup, show me how desperate the great mew Yuki is.”

She would have glared if she could see once more and gave a loud grunt trying to somehow get her to press on the higher setting by thrusting her hip. It was just out of the villain's reach and growled at that, trying to keep what little pride she had and reluctant to do so.

The shark wasn’t expecting anything less from Yuki as then move her hand back just in time. “Your loss my dear, enjoy the long teasing ride, Yuki, and maybe you'll be more compliment and willing to listen by the time we arrive.” She said as she placed her hand on the back of the van's double doors and closed it, once it was she hopped in the driver seat and drove away to her hideout laughing evilly, thinking what she will do with the helpless heroine.
