If the title’s in English or has a large section in English, I usually prefer leaving it true to the author’s title. Gotta admit that it’s super tempting to lean hard into the weather forecast terminology though: Rainy with occasional runaway JKs, Rainy with a runaway JK watch, a chance of runaway JKs, etc. (If she were yandere, you could even drop a ‘particularly dangerous situation’ in there~) Still, I think stick with the original title here despite its slightly awkward phrasing.
