How come You don't know?
It's been officially stated and extra confirmed (quite some time ago) by Vivienne Medrano (Vivziepop) herself that 'Pilot' is NON-canon (basically an 'experimental' episode) and Loona has NO diseases.

Also, once again- decensoring & DEwebp-ing needed!
