because tourist it was part of the show jokes, having censors on the eyes to hide the identity of famous toons and the betty boop parody character has her vagina censored because the show has a joke of being to ugly so they censored to protect the viewers.

Outside the censored images this is really well done. Princess Clara (my favorite character on show) should definitely have spicy commentary towards Foxxy. Half the charm of the character is how blunt she is towards black characters in particular.
