Probably the issue with the milf tag is because all the tagging definitions are visual only. Its not a perfect system, but it seems to be logically consistent. Per the wiki that nobody seems to read...

Nearly all fetish tags are based on visuals, not text (see the next rule). If there is any conflict between what is being said and what is shown the visual wins.
Example: A young-looking girl saying she is old does not qualify for the milf / old lady tags.
Milf -- Description: Any older woman who appears to be within the age range of 30-50. Does not need to be a mother. Notes: Should not be confused with old lady.
