Is the series running on negative continuity at this point? The previous vanilla version was established as happening before the Onsen episode, this one I don't know, but since Mari repeats the exact same scenario as the Onsen (NTR Ver.) one without actually referencing it, I assume this is still set before that, and with the ending only teasing Mari got creampied a lot but not mentioning she will get pregnant soon really seals the deal on this also being set before the Onsen chapter.
