well presumably we are going to find out Triana is his mom. I originally thought the relationship was going to be, "trent is andy's dads name. making winnie andy's aunt. and we'd find out Winnie was originally an older brother that changed.

Still a lot of inconsistencies. Winnie was very forgetful at first. but now she's become just a nonstop exposition device, remembering everything in detail. She should absolutely have this all written down, and being reading it/remembering it, from a diary/photo album.

if winnie was 19 when Triana changed, while working at hooters. and triana got pregnant right away, +16 for andy, Winnie would be 35 now.

@Zerakis Not sure if I brought it up yet, but it's a bloodline related curse that Andy inherited from his mother's side, thus it would explain why Andy is affected but not his father.

@cassandra112 Not an unfounded point on inconsistencies. If I had more pages, I probably could've done something with Winnie reading up on it or having an earpiece that's going over all of the basics. Though she did grow up around the curse, so her having knowledge of it probably shouldn't be too surprising (even with the introduction being forgetful).

Also Winnie was the older sister to Trent and the curse takes hold at 21. I left her age ambiguous but it's not impossible that those affected by the curse age very gracefully.

@ACC: p06 does explain the basic jist of the curse, if not all of the nuances. p07 goes into more of it. p16 winnie advice on mitigating and lessening the eventual brains->beauty side of the curse/magic. 34-37 shows what happens if you try to resist and completely not give in, fighting the curse to the very end. The full bimboization and full tilt of the sliders you could say.

I can't blame blonde dumb bimbo for keeping pushing MC outside - exactly into "dangerous" territory. Even with "explanation" they've could've figured tons of "girlish" things to do at home, especially considering that story tries to pain it as "she genuinely wants to help". But she's still dumb bimbo, so it is passable. But mega-smart guy not figuring out hundreds of possibilities of how to stay out of sex for week is just cringe.

@rowaasr13 - Trent had some things working against him:

1. He was never expecting to get hit by the curse (It's not known to hit men with any regularity), so he was caught flatfooted and didn't have a plan prepared.

2. The curse was actively affecting his cognition/intellect throughout the week, making him less logical and rational as he put up more resistance. So your solution to chain him up would inevitably be seen as resistance by the curse, causing its effects to accelerate.

3. Keep in mind that this is an account from Winnie that leaves a lot of the details out. He could have tried everything under the sun but it wasn't conveyed in the story.

@KitsuneDragoon25 They've shown history of previous "genius" and he had enough clear thinking for at least half of week, until instantly and completely breaking on last day or something. And MC seems to keep being interested in preventing curse, but he just does not show any smart behavior he was declared to have. I know many people keep that old "oh, that's just porn, forget about story" tune, but for me bad story that breaks its own consistency throws me off mood and vice versa - good story greatly enhances sexy visuals.

@Hawkx1 Number of reasons that a Spanish Newspaper can happen about.

1. Circulars that get mailed to you despite you not requesting them. It's happened to me a number of times.
2. Someone in the house does speak Spanish, maybe not Andi, but either Winnie or Mr. Whitaker.

Also, Winnie was able to recognize the language as Spanish, so it's possible she at least has a rudimentary level of Spanish knowledge.

@rowaasr13 The flashback was a montage of scenes from the experience as told by Winnie, so it's likely she glosses over the details considering she might not be the best person to remember specifics. It was a flashback that lasted three pages, and only one of them was going over his time being cursed. You're asking for a closer look on that particular period of time to show Trent's genius in trying to handle it. I very well might revisit the idea at a later point in time, but that wasn't the point of the flashback. It was to convey why Winnie seems insistent on getting Andi to accept the curse (because she saw her brother resist and make things worse for himself).
