The rule for gender change doesn't requires the character to be showed as the previous gender, so the tag will likely stay at low power because people looking for it won't upvote it since there isn't full showing of the original gender.

The character would functionally be intersex here I guess, it sounds like Ozzy thinks of herself as a girl with Kez referring to Ozzy as "lass" and Ozzy being okay with it. The "boy parts" is referring to Ozzy still having a prostate and not having a uterus, which is why I'd say if we had to categorize the character is intersex and female.

@SirFrances "gender," in the context of the tag definitions here, is indistinguishable from physical sex. Physicality is what matters. If a guy is physically changed into a form that qualifies for female tags, gender change has occurred.

It's also not just a vagina, the protag also has titties. If not for that, it might qualify for the cuntboy tag. 🤷‍♀️
