Dupe pages removed, order corrected to be accurate to the PDF (pages moved around and shifted page count wise), PNGs compressed using oxipng, JPGs untouched.

I chose to use the raw files over PDF extracts since the PDF didn't have any higher quality images. Some images are JPG, there is nothing I can do about that.

I will update this with the cover when that comes out.
