Angelia is one of Andava's earliest OCs.

"ANGELIA "PELO" ROTH: Pelo is Darcy's bestie and Alexis' younger sibling. She is known in her school to be the easy one. Pelo is clueless about a lot of things. Jokes and references blow over her head a lot. She is very laid back. What many think is disinterest or ignorance, Darcy thinks it might just be due to stupidity.
