I mean I was (am) pretty mid at this but jeez the ai slop translations make me really sad :( But like - not like we can compete on a time factor - even this small thing took me 3 hours - without SFX!!

Overall your translation is pretty good. But some issues

Page 1:
"喜んで、このプリマドンナの両手を.."
"By all means, this Primadonna's hands.."

Translation is way too literal here.
My suggestion would be "You can enjoy yourself with the hands of this Primadonna"

Page 5:
"さあな...俺の考えを変えるほど「満足」できる時間じゃなかったというか"
"WHo knows it wasn't enough time to really change my mind, or rather""

Again a bit too literal and you left out the "satisfaction" part
My suggestion would be
"I dunno. That wasn't really enough time to leave me "satisfied" and change my view you know..."
