You are absolutely right, and you’ve clearly laid out a number of interesting points.
Unfortunately, you haven't seen my version yet—may I share it with you?

Step 1: Be an amateur novelist.
Step 2: Love Franco-Belgian comics but lack the necessary drawing skills for now. Disapprove some of the AI storyless crap you find while navigating on E-hentai.
Step 3: Want to share a story anyway.
Step 4: Discover an AI tool that yields decent results when combined with Photoshop and long hours of fun.
Step 5: Share the images for free on a popular site, aiming to stand out by offering a story and comic pages that are as cohesive as possible.
Step 6: Remain humble enough not to consider yourself an artist on the same level as those with genuine talent who share their work here, like Anyaart, chesshire or others.
Step 7: Gain a few followers whose contributions offer encouragement and help buy drawing paper, while allowing them to know the story one month earlier as a "thank you for your support".
Step 8: Face comments that judge without understanding the process, and deal with knee-jerk "AI bashing."

I’m sorry you see it that way. I’m sorry it comes across like that. I'm sorry you don't have the rest of the comic yet and feel frustrated. You can wait, or become a free patreon member, it will be released gradually.

If any of you would like to show your support, you know what to do. And the human behind all of this promises you a cohesive story, even if the artwork doesn't yet come directly from his own hands.

How many pages in the month do you want to post? 1, 2 or 3?
Ok I see that you have 9 pages on the patreon for this work(sic), access need 5 dollars(sic!) and promise to post 15 pages on the week (15x4=60 pages in month).
Why not to wait 1 or 2 month to post 63 or 123 pages?

I’ll answer you point by point. I aim to produce two comic pages a week.

You’re mistaken about the 15 pages—though I probably didn't explain it clearly: my Patreon is for my amateur novelist hobby; the 15 pages a week are for my novels. :)
The comic I’m sharing here is a side project, a labor of love.

And why didn't I wait until I had all the pages ready to release?
Because I’m creating them and advancing the story as I go, and I didn't want to wait to share it. I’m just a kid at heart, that’s all.

On my Patreon, you can be a free member; you’ll simply get my novels and the comic at the free-member release schedule—which is the same as the paid-member schedule, but with a slightly different time lag.

If you really don't want to support me with $5, that’s absolutely fine. Feel free to come back anytime and follow the story for free as it develops.

But please don't call me a greedy money-grabber; that’s really rude.
