I attempted to level the pages in accordance to the digital previews, as seen in the link above, rather than mimic the physical pages, which were relatively washed out in comparison. The dark blues were the parts most heavily hit, likely the printer couldn't properly handle them. The effects were somewhat unbalanced even within pages, so my attempt may be imperfect.
