@Allhazard Look at the first page, the cloth Momo is creating is fraying and decomposing almost as fast as she can make it. That much is obviously just a plot contrivance, but she's clearly contributing in other ways — that metal cauldron in page 4 is probably her work, and she has a megaphone in page 13.

After rereading this I think the author is implying that Midoria is actually having sex with at least a few of these characters off screen.
Ochaco is his Girlfriend so thats sort of assumed she also mentions 'rewarding' Midoria,

As for the others, if you look at page 6 Midoria gets ambushed by Mina and the other two and then on page 14 those specific 3 characters look extremely guilty while Jiro is calling Toga a "sick bitch" for assaulting Midoria. I think we can assume something happened after page 6 that wasnt shown.

The author might also be indicating the same thing on pages 19 and 20. The three girls pounce him on 19 and the first panel of 20 is all three of them blushing and looking far more tired than they did on the previous page. admittedly this one is much more vague and I'm probably reading too much into it.
