You're right that feminization implies the transformation process, and we don't see that here. The tag system doesn't do clean visual separation anyway, same problem with female: urethra penetration on futa, you expect a vagina not a schlong getting penetrated.

But you're wrong saying this isn't a defined niche. What you're describing, the atrophy, the degradation of the old body, that's the body dysmorphia side of the fetish. You're tying it exclusively to that context where the male body gets destroyed. But there's also autogynephilia without dysmorphia, where the old body isn't hated, it's curiosity about a different existence. The transformation is almost an obstacle, it's about being in the new body, not wrecking the old one. The "if you get pregnant in this you will get permanently turned" pattern is a staple of that exact niche. That's the niche this comic hits, and it's not people trying to seem less gay, it's its own thing.
