I see the AI is having a difficult time picking a specific shade of blue. I don't know if any of them are quite like the character's actual shade of blue but I understand up to a third of men are colorblind. May I suggest using hex codes?

We live in an exciting time when people who don't know what colors are can generate as much art as they want.
