Numinor: to me it feels like this was a hentai manga that was heavily censored to pass as a smut manga, it becomes blatantly obvious in volume 2. It was bad timing (Ishihara, them being cousins and so on) because this would have been a great straight hentai manga.

It was probably originally non-h because of the magazine it's published in. It's not full hentai, but it's so explicit and sexual in nature it is definitely not non-h. An ero manga that's about 85% hentai.
