If you are referring to copy I uploaded, that is the original scan copy. It is as it was uploaded.

This copy is the digital copy. If you check the DLsite page for it(the japanese one), you will note it points out pages were added for this digital release, as well as clean-up as you can note from the pristine image in this version.
