Kuja isn't a futanari here. Notice the lack of a vagina and the presence of both a penis and testicles. Kuja is a she-male here. A futanari is a woman with a penis, a she-male is a person with physical attributes of both genders.

Which makes this series all the more disturbing.

Once again, a shemale is just a guy with breast implants. Kuja here seems to just look like a woman with a dick. Whereas a shemale still has an obvious masculine looking body. I think the best term for kuja here would be "dickgirl"

2 points: 1) This is shemale because kuja is a male with breasts not in any way female
2) The stomach is just inflated, not pregnant. FYI you cant get pregnent from anal (unless the manga specifies some mutation or it is posible in that world)
