I think sound effects is an alternative; translating it or not should not be a great deal for reading.
Plus, without some subtle sound effects translated, it can give a boost to translating progress.
Except of official version, I've never seen one of 100% translated; due to difficulty and the issue of ruining original layout and reading environment.
