No, that NOT the answer. Keep in mind that Ranma got stuck in female form not because she got pregnant, but because she have sex with Soun. And page 21 happen ten month later, while human pregnancy only a nine month long... Soooo... I'm pretty sure that after Ranma understand that she stuck as female forever - she just continue to have sex with Soun till she get pregnant.
