EDIT: Personally, it's not like the premise is a bad one. Guy raped by his mother, scarred by it, and gets treatment from a futanari girl that is heads over heels for him. He's a broken person, she's a 'freak' and they help him overcome the abuse his mother gave him with love. Throw in a bit of 'uncontrollable futanari lust' as comedy every so often and I'd call it a GOLDEN idea. I'd buy it. (I did.)

But the direction the artist took with the idea is one I just can't get behind. The premise isn't used for a plot, but just to put him in situations where he'll suffer. The single thing that drives me most nuts about these books (especially the 1st and 2nd) is that you have to take rape as comedy AND traumatic. When he's raped and is forced to fuck someone (his mother), it's traumatic. When he gets it up the ass (from the fuatnari girl or the other girl, who likes tentacles), it's funny. Rape is rape regardless of how it is done. So all the sympathy and interest we have in the dramatic potential in the plot is gone because the artist is trying to have it both ways.

...that being said, this is a doujinshi. The only person the artist has to answer to is himself. How the artist is presenting the plot and premise doesn't work for me, as well as other people, but other people do like it. Ultimately the only thing that matters is that the artist himself is happy with where he's taking it. He's taking the premise in this direction, it's his choice.
