Rather heart warming manga for a rather brutal and grim novel

Is this really written by Type-Moon? Cant believe this is such heart-warming compared to that grim novel

Yeah, done by Takeuchi himself, one of the very very VERY rare works you can find!

I didn't finish the novel, found it boring as hell. The good thing about Tsukihime and Fate is that they are grim, but with TONS of comedic and lighthearted scenes, like Berserk (which Nasu is fan of). Rakkyou has nothing of that, and is long as fuck (800 pags). The very good thing is the gender angst about Shiki female/male, but it is not fully explored, SHAME!

Takeuchi's coloring sucks and he misses proportions sometimes badly (gorilla arms!), but his character design is one of the top in the anime/manga/game industry nowadays. Albeit simple, his character designs are unmistakable and cool!
