I think nobody starts being 100% accurate at making translations (or anything in general). You grow you skills up with trial and error. Anyway, the dialog looks good to me, so I'll say it is a decent first job. Keep going at it!

I didn't see anything that was too glaringly wrong with the translation. The only part where the dialogue sounded somewhat awkward was on page 11, specifically the second panel. But everything else seems completely fine.
