@Which stage are you having trouble in?
Different characters have different skills like Mildea has Dark Heal which can be used to heal your own troops.

the game is not hard if you scout the map in the first time.

1st stage : simply straight kill all enemy the easiest way is let Foton(sword)closed the way and let Miledia backup her

2nd stage : out-numbered enemy but still easy. rush all your army to the south corrupt Sylphy(archer) and Chris (sword) then kill the male commander (Lancelot the old man, if you kill him with Foton or Chris you'get some bonus)and then capture Lein

ignore the east army you can't win them

3rd stage : safe often!! this map objective is hold the north gate for 14 turn, don't let commander unit enter the gate and don't let wing army reach the throne. Let Foton+Chris hold the gate save before attack this 2 need to dodge an attack all the time to pass 14 turn and use Sylphy and Miledia defence off wing army and corrupt Nasha fastest as you can about 7-8 turn you will have surprised attack with couple of thief but don't worry one of them got corrupted and deal with another one. From this point move Miledia to the group you are disadvantage and heal them (you have 3 heal item but when you use you lose control for that character for a turn and you need them for all 14 turn, use wisely) and when you pass 14 turn Lein got corrupted and it will end the game
