Contrary to popular belief, overuse of HP Up is not bad at all. In fact, on pokemon like Steelix and Shuckle with godly defenses but terrible HP, it's pretty much essential to use in order for them to take a decent amount of hits. Overuse of HP Up isn't even possible really, as it can be used only 10 times before having no effect whatsoever.

Perhaps they meant overuse of Rare Candy. Few people know that pokemon gain much-needed "effort values" (EVs) from battles, so when they use whatever glitch or cheat to get infinite rare candies, they miss out on a massive amount of potential toward their pokemon's stats; up to 63 points, in fact. And unless playing 5th gen, any pokemon at level 100 never gain EVs, leaving them slightly shittier than if they had been properly trained.

It needs some Fine Tuning to the drawing. Add in about another 20 Scene sketches. Make them Start out Wearing Slut clothing and shoes. To which point mostly gets ripped off. Finally Add Color. But mainly theres only 9 Pages and just way too much text. I was forced more to read all the text than to enjoy the full sight of the last two images. This Artist has huge potential However.
