It looked like he was going to try and do something in the last chapter, and now he's just "not going to do anything even though I've been sent pictures and know its happening" MC. Just sit there and take it. I don't know how you can even try and feel for him in these kind of stories, that Guy stealing his girl is more understandable than him.

You'd either say something, tell her its over, or just fucking leave, instead he just rolls with it and continuously hurts himself.

The story would've worked if he was ignorant of the situation, but since he isn't is just doesn't work, unless his self-defense mechanism is to just pretend everything is fine when he knows it isn't. I guess thats what might be happening. Only thing I can think of.

Lol, I thought that scene was great. At this point, I think that he is a better boyfriend than the netorared one, despite how much of a jerk he can be. I'd also say that the girl got pretty lucky in this case. In Netorare, the best you can really hope for is a netorare-er who actually cares for you and won't rent you out, and she got a guy like that.

Anyway, I hope both this and the 2nd chapter are translated eventually, I would love to know what was really happening. If I ever have some money to spare, this is definitely going to be at the top of my list of works to commission for translation.
