The "joke" here is he's not Japanese or for that matter attuned to any culture, as implied in the first panel and the food ordered. He is an unreliable narrator and there are only two made-apparent truths about him and the girl: he seeks gratification only for himself and he is, at least, locked in his home, which, by extension, can be considered his own kingdom. It's his world where he's the king and his ignorance is what keeps him from branching out to his "subjects."

The title is perhaps the biggest indication of ignorance in that any interrogative pronoun can be used to continue it:
"I have a car and a telephone, but for whom do I use them?"
"I have a car and a telephone, but what purpose do they serve?"
"I have a car and a telephone, but which should I use?"
"I have a car and a telephone, but whose are they?"

And perhaps the biggest question to ask:
"I have a car and a telephone, but why use them?"

I think she is speaking in the last few bubbles... but in her language, but the author just wrote it in jap (translated into eng) so we would know what she is saying, instead of those barcodes... and he has the question mark b/c he still doesn't understand her (his perspective is that she still speaks a weird language). Well this is my take on it anyways =T

Acid Trip certainly describes Dawman Sayman's work... but it's too well-thought out to be one.

For those who didn't realized, she was the "Princess" of japan... however that works. You can tell the main dude and the deliver dude is not japanese because he is not drawn in standard anime style, while the girl sports a fairly generic face.

Dowman Sayman is a genius. What he does is short, and his style is interesting and charming, but not necessarily the hottest ('fappagble') around.

But he shows that really off the wall clever ideas can make a comic better than a thousand 'hotter' and more traditional comics. People talk and ponder upon the meaning of his stories like they were a koan, which makes it better than "Generic Fucking Manga #664."

The girl speaks Japanese. The fact that the guy has a question mark over his head and last panel indicates that he doesn't understand Japanese. From what we can gather, she IS indeed a princess, which possibly means that the country that "came to an end" was Japan. We don't know what he's speaking though. She does understand what he's saying though, as she clearly responded to his question of "Is it good?"

I think that in the last panel she isn't answering to the guy at all, she's just voicing her thoughts like the guy did to her.

But yeah, girl is a Japanese Princess. The plot is pretty simple, I think @altofinale went too deep on it.
