Pretty sure Dowman Saymon is making some commentary on how people don't really recognize their partners during sex, like anyone would do. If whatever facial and upper body beauty/ugliness was hidden, people wouldn't really be able to tell women apart.

I think Dowman Sayman are saying that we shouldnt help people just because of how they look or with bad intention.
just like how the man kick the ugly woman when she asked for help, and the guy actualy fingers the girls who he found disgusting
