I don't have source titles for most of these, but:

2 is probably by Bosshi though I'm not entirely sure.
3, 16, and 32 are all by Nisemididoronokai. 3 is from "CampbellJuice", 16 is from "KYONew", and 32 is from "BetsuJIN".
4 and 18 are by Kensoh Ogawa.
9 is "Paco-Paco Ch.5 Wakazuma no Yuutsu" by Otono Natsu.
11 I don't know, but I do notice the image has the URL for the translating group, http://yqii.fakku.net/; I'm sure if you browse their site long enough you'll find it.
24 is by Rio Yanagawa.
28 is from "According to the Mood" by Kibunshidai.
